Yesterday was our last opportunity to go Karting, since the GT testing is starting next week in Suzuka and right after that the first Formula Nippon test, also in Suzuka.
It was good training for the arms and for the grip, but obviously Karting is not hard for the neck muscles, and this will be the biggest challenge for the first test in the Formula car in Suzuka.

カートのドライブは、腕や首にそれほど負担はかからないのですが、トレーニングとしては
とても有効です。鈴鹿での最初のフォーミュラニッポンのテストにむけて弾みをつけたいと思っています。
